Does This Product Work For You
The idea of free communication or limited cost communication breaks down into the software, hardware metric, plus, user ability. Bonnie Cha senior editor with Cnet.com notes that form factor comes into play, and says, "To date, smart phones have typically been clunky and heavy, making them unattractive substitutes for your primary cell phone. However, things are looking up. Take these four smart phones, which are compact and pocketable yet don't sacrifice important features, such as wireless connectivity and PIM functionality. The Cingular 2125, the T-Mobile SDA, and the I-mate SP5 represent the latest crop of Windows Mobile 5 smart phones, and while RIM is plagued with legal problems, it's not down and out yet, and its BlackBerry 7130e is a great device." Comfort with use at the prices of these devices isn't a simple given; it is the factor that would make up a reasonable persons mind. The keyboard ease of use has a lot to do with how often you will text, talkable functions are a factor, the catch the tone of voice quality is a sure factor, but for real enjoyment of communication, it is important that the fit be to you. Some of the prominent models might not be your cup of tea, these days there are as many different typed of devices as there are users.
So if the mainstream isn't for you, are there others that are more fitted to you? Again, cost can become a factor, quickly; Verizon is touting the Treo 700w smartphone in the $400.00 category. These are running Microsoft Windows Mobile, users that have commented on them say they are problem free and easy to use. Blackberry according to a very recent decision is still viable and not under any copyright infringements, but the nature of the suit remains dicey, Treo on the other hand will feel just like Blackberry to familiar users, and, its future isn't in any copyright doubts at all.
Treo and Blackberry are present technology, the Bluetooth headset devices which are out, are also present technology, but the use of them must be determined by the individuals. To the Treo 700w can be added this headset "The unique hook-shaped over-ear design flips smoothly from right to left and can be easily adjusted to fit your ear
Well-positioned speaker provides crisp, clear sound. Lithium-Ion Polymer battery provides up to 7 hours talk time and 170 hours standby and charges in 2 hours with the included AC adapter. Treo 650 smartphone adapter Multifunction button allows you to answer calls, last number redial, put calls on hold and more Dedicated volume buttons make adjustments easy Secure voice transmission provided by advanced Bluetooth communication protocols."
